Living the Sailing Dream

Living the Sailing Dream

On a sunny Monday in April, my life drastically changed, as I boarded the plane for my first international flight.  Sailing had been a dream of mine for as long I could remember, and I had signed up on the Crewbay website at least […]

Three weeks ago I was in St. Augustine Beach, Fl, strolling A1A Beach Blvd, ice cream in hand. I was thinking about life, and my current position, and wondering what my next move might be. I love van life. I love these little road trip […]

ST. Augustine Beach

St Augustine Beach is a small town which runs along part of the coast of St. Augustine.
During the two weeks I spent in the city, I found myself gravitating back to this area over and over again. The quaint shops and small town feel make this beach town a great stop.

The market is located at St. John’s Pier Park every Wednesday morning from 8-12:30pm. Vendor’s line the road selling organic produce, homemade foods, arts, crafts, jewelry, and an array of other handmade and fair trade products.

Historic Downtown St. Augustine

St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied settlement of European origin, in the United States. Its roots trace back to August 28 of 1565.

From old historical sites, to haunted tours, to museum and Landmarks, the City is rich with history and has become a must stop attraction for any American traveler.

When I got hungry wondering St. George Street, and wandered into a random pizza shop, I was thrilled to see many styles of pies lying the display windows. Pizza Time specializes in serving New York Style Pizza, but they also have many other style’s and options. This hole in the wall Pizza shop also ranked second best in the country!
As a pizza fiend myself, I had high expectations for my slice of Mozzarella Di Bufala Pizza… But after just one bite, this became my new favorite pizza shop!

This place is a must stop for any pizza lover!
Do be warned- They only accept cash.
